On the palate, delicate notes of pine nuts, artichoke, walnuts and ripe olives, with a moderate spiciness, can be perceived.
Recommended use is raw.

Extra virgin olive oil "Classico" is made from Leccino, Nociara and Cellina di Nardò olives grown without pesticides and chemical treatments, harvested by hand and mechanically, cold milled within the first 12 hours of harvesting.
