Extra virgin olive oil "Rosesi" is the result of a desire to create an extra virgin olive oil of excellence for those who love to bring to their table a fine oil that will add flavour to any dish.
On the palate, notes of bitter almond, artichoke, unripe olive, tannic bitterness and high spiciness can be perceived.
Recommended use is raw.

Production & Processing
Extra virgin olive oil "Rosesi" is made from Nociara variety olives (60%) and Leccino variety olives (40%), grown in the countryside of Castrì di Lecce without the use of pesticides or chemical interventions. Obtained from carefully selected olives, harvested by hand and by mechanical means, cold pressed within the first 8 hours of harvesting.
