Extra virgin olive oil "Rosesi" is the result of a desire to create an extra virgin olive oil of excellence for those who love to bring to their table a fine oil that will add flavour to any dish.
On the palate, notes of bitter almond, artichoke, unripe olive, tannic bitterness and high spiciness can be perceived.

L’olio extravergine “Rosesi” è composto al 100% da olive varietà Nociara, coltivate nelle campagne di Castrì di Lecce senza l’uso di pesticidi e senza interventi chimici. Ottenuto da olive attentamente selezionate, raccolte a mano e con mezzi meccanici, molite a freddo entro le prime 8 ore dalla raccolta.
