Extra virgin olive oil "Fruttato" is characterised by an acidity level of 0.3 or less, suitable for those who like a particularly fine oil with an intense taste and beneficial properties.
On the palate, delicate aromatic notes and a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almonds, fresh olive, thistle, artichoke and a strong spiciness can be perceived.
It is best used raw.
Production & Processing
Extra virgin olive oil "Fruttato" is made from 100% olives of the Leccino variety, grown in the countryside of Castrì di Lecce without pesticides or chemical interventions. Obtained from carefully selected olives, harvested by hand and by mechanical means, cold milled in the first 8 hours after harvesting.
